Hathaway vs VEVOR Air Hockey Specs
Table Size
Size is the first thing you notice. The Hathaway Enforcer measures 66 inches long, 32 inches wide, and 32 inches high. This 5.5-foot footprint fits well in smaller game rooms or dens. The VEVOR table is significantly larger at 72.2 inches long and 40.4 inches wide. It stands 31.9 inches high. This 72-inch model offers a full-size playing surface. You get more room for strategic shots and faster puck movement on the VEVOR. The Hathaway is better if floor space is tight. The VEVOR is the choice for dedicated arcade spaces.
Playfield Coating
The surface material affects how the puck glides and lasts. The Hathaway Enforcer uses a melamine-coated cabinet for its playfield. Melamine provides a hard, glossy finish that reduces friction. It is easy to wipe clean after intense sessions. The VEVOR table features a scratch-resistant PVC surface. PVC is known for durability and resistance to wear from repeated puck impacts. It also helps prevent warping over time. Both surfaces are designed for smooth airflow. However, the PVC coating on the VEVOR may offer better long-term resistance to scratches and scuffs from heavy use. The melamine on the Hathaway is standard for this size.
Blower Motor Power
Airflow determines puck speed and responsiveness. Both tables use electric blowers to push air through the playfield. The Hathaway Enforcer is equipped with a 110V blower fan. It pushes air through over 1,500 holes to keep pucks floating. The VEVOR table uses a 120V motor. This slightly higher voltage suggests a potentially more robust airflow system. The VEVOR motor is described as robust, ensuring continuous airflow for fast-paced games. While both provide high-energy matches, the 120V motor on the VEVOR may deliver stronger, more consistent lift. This can make the game feel faster and more competitive for serious players.
Scoring Type
Keeping score is essential for competitive play. Both tables include electronic scoring systems. The Hathaway Enforcer features an LED electronic scorer with sound effects. It also includes manual slide scorers as a backup. This dual system lets you choose how you track points. The VEVOR table comes with an LED electronic scoreboard. It focuses solely on the electronic display for tracking goals. The LED lights on the VEVOR also serve as ambient lighting for the room. The Hathaway offers more flexibility with manual options. If you prefer a purely digital experience with visual flair, the VEVOR is suitable. The Hathaway is better if you want manual backup.
Build and Stability
Stability matters during fast-paced hits. The Hathaway Enforcer is built from durable MDF with thick, L-shaped legs. It includes leg levelers to keep the table steady on uneven floors. The weight is 44 pounds. The VEVOR table is much heavier at 105 pounds. It uses a warp-resistant MDF board and features adjustable balance feet. The significant weight difference suggests the VEVOR is less likely to slide or tip during aggressive play. The Hathaway is lighter and easier to move. The VEVOR’s substantial build provides a more solid foundation for intense matches. If you want a table that stays put, the VEVOR’s heavier frame is advantageous.

The VEVOR table offers a 72.2-inch playing surface. This larger size suits adults and competitive players. It features a 120V motor for consistent airflow. The scratch-resistant PVC surface ensures durability. Adjustable balance feet keep the table level for fair matches during intense sessions.
